II. Four Mandatory Site Installation Criteria

If all standards below are met, construction can start without large-scale infrastructure renovation:

  1. Ground requirement: Solid, flat hardened concrete ground free of stagnant water to secure charger bases and prevent equipment damp damage.

  2. Power supply requirement: Local single-phase household or three-phase industrial mains. Distribution boxes must reserve enough load capacity for an independent dedicated circuit for chargers, not shared with other high-power appliances to avoid frequent tripping.

  3. Earthing system requirement: Compliant reliable earthing devices in line with local electrical codes, compulsory for power inspection and leakage protection.

  4. Construction permission requirement: Full land ownership, or written consent from landowners for minor ground excavation and cable laying.
